.INFO Sunrise Domain Name Reallocation

Afilias scheint die Prüfung der Anträge im Rahmen der .INFO Sunrise Domain Name Reallocation abgeschlossen zu haben. Heute habe ich eine entsprechende E-Mail mit folgendem Text erhalten:

Dear […],

Afilias is pleased to inform you that it has conditionally approved your RFP in connection with the domain name ([…]) based upon the representations in the RFP and […]. However, prior to allocating this domain name, it will be subject to a challenge process which will be administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization to ensure that the domain name does not potentially interfere with any trademark rights of a third party.

It is our intention to start this challenge process beginning early next year. We apologize for the delay in processing these RFP, however, the extra time has been necessary to process a number of outstanding issues and to ensure that there is a single challenge process.
